Program Rules and Regulations
View official PDF ↗The Program shall be under the overall supervision of the Executive Manager, and shall conform to all applicable local and federal government laws, rules and regulations, including the Individuals with Significant Disabilities Vending Act. Program participants will be allowed to participate in the Program for a maximum of five
(5)years and upon completion may be allowed to continue to operate, but not under this Program, and will be subject to the terms and conditions established by the Authority. The Authority is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations specific to the Program in conformance with Article 3 of Chapter 9, Title 5, Guam Code Annotated, which shall include an adjudication process to address appeals to the GIAA Board relative to determination made by the Executive Manager in the administration of this Program, no later than 180 days after enactment. The Program shall not start until said rules and regulations are promulgated.
