Compliance
View official PDF ↗Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no rate or charge for any public utility shall become effective without the approval of the Commission. In this respect a public utility shall comply with this Chapter in addition to complying with any other condition, contractual obligation or obligation imposed upon it by law.
