Statement of Policy
View official PDF ↗It is declared to be the policy of the government of Guam that the Authority, in acquiring, constructing, reconstructing, purchasing, bettering, extending or improving the airports pursuant to this Chapter, shall manage and operate the airports in the most efficient manner consistent with the protection of the bondholders.
