View official PDF ↗(a)The Authority shall be directed by the Board which shall consist of five
(5)directors appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Legislature.
(1)Directors shall be appointed and their names transmitted to the Legislature within thirty

(2)The five
(5)directors first appointed shall classify themselves by lot so that their terms shall expire respectively as follows:
(A)One
(1)on December 31, 1976, Two
(2)on June 30, 1977 and Two
(2)on June 30, 1978.
(B)Their successors shall be appointed each for a term of three
(3)years to commence on the date of their confirmation by the Legislature.
(3)Any director vacancy shall be filled by the Governor, with the advice and consent of the Legislature, for the unexpired term.
(b)Any director may be removed upon charges, and after hearing, by the Governor.
(c)Three
(3)directors shall constitute a quorum of the Board and three
(3)affirmative votes are required for the transaction of all business.
(1)The Board shall meet in regular session at least once each month and in special session as often as it may deem necessary.
(2)
(A)The Board shall keep a minute book wherein all its actions and proceedings shall be recorded.
(B)Minutes shall be signed by the Board Secretary and a copy thereof shall be forwarded to the Governor within fortyeight
(48)hours following adjournment of each meeting.
(d)Directors shall be paid Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per meeting but not to exceed One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) a month and shall be reimbursed for actual travel, subsistence and out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the discharge of their responsibilities.
