Limitations on Board Jurisdiction

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 11 — Finance and Taxation

The Board shall not regulate the personal cultivation of cannabis as may be allowed by Guam law. The Board has no COL11/29/2022 CH. 9 CANNABIS CONTROL BOARD power to purchase, own, sell, or possess any cannabis items.
