Public Consumption Banned, Penalty
View official PDF ↗It is unlawful to consume cannabis openly and in public, unless otherwise permitted by regulations duly promulgated and enacted by the Cannabis Control Board. A person who violates this Section is guilty of a violation punishable by a fine of up to One Hundred Dollars ($100). CH. 8 GUAM CANNABIS INDUSTRY ACT
