Additional Requirements for Tour Operators

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 11 — Finance and Taxation

In addition to paying the fee required by § 76101, all persons engaging in business as tour operators must, at the time of application or COL 03072011 CH. 76 SERVICE LICENSES renewal of licensing, submit certification of eligibility issued by the Guam Visitors Bureau that all tour guides under his or her employ have undergone training and passed the necessary examinations covering history, culture, and historic landmarks of Guam administered by the Guam Visitors Bureau.
