(a)The Department of Revenue and Taxation may, after proceeding in accordance with the Administrative Adjudication Act, order the suspension of the license of any tour operator and other tourist-related businesses of any such license for a period not to exceed six

(6)months, for violation by the tour operator, and other tourist-related businesses of this Act.

(b)In addition to the penalty which may be imposed pursuant to Subsection

(a)of this Section, the Department of Revenue and Taxation shall impose a fine of no less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the first offense, and the fines for subsequent offenses shall not exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). COL 03072011 CH. 76 SERVICE LICENSES

(c)The revenues derived from fines collected under this Section shall be transferred to Guam Visitors Bureau for to tourist/community-related programs.
