Employment of Executive Secretary; Deposit of Money in

Guam Unarmed Combat Commission Fund.

(a)The Commission may employ an Executive Secretary, who must not be a member of the Commission.

(b)Except as provided in § 7401 and § 7416, all money received by the Executive Secretary or the Commission pursuant to the provisions of COL 03072011 CH. 7 GUAM UNARMED COMBAT COMMISSION ACT OF 2009 this Chapter must be deposited with the Treasurer of Guam for credit to the Guam Unarmed Combat Commission Fund.
