Qualifications of Members

Each member of the Board must:

(a)be licensed to practice medicine pursuant to Article 2 of Chapter 12, Title 10, Guam Code Annotated; and

(b)have at least five

(5)years of experience in the practice of medicine at the time of his appointment.
