Creation; Chairman; Terms

COL 03072011 CH. 7 GUAM UNARMED COMBAT COMMISSION ACT OF 2009

(a)The Medical Advisory Board consisting of three

(3)members to be appointed by I Maga’lahi is hereby created.

(b)A Chairman shall be elected from among the members.

(c)I Maga’lahi shall appoint each member to a term of four

(4)years. If the position of a member is vacated, I Maga’lahi shall appoint a qualified person to replace the member for the remainder of the unexpired term.
