Rules and Regulations

The License Board shall draft and approve such rules and regulations as are required by this Division and shall, after such approval, hold a public hearing at such time and place as the License Board shall direct before official promulgation of the rules and regulations. The License Board shall cause to be placed in a newspaper of general circulation in Guam a single notice of such proposed public hearing not more than ten

(10)nor less than five

(5)days prior to the date set for the public hearing. This procedure shall apply to the amendment and repeal of rules and regulations as well as to their initial promulgation.
