11 GCA § 6209
Display of License
View official PDF ↗(a)A licensee for sales of tobacco products shall prominently display the license on each licensed premise.
(b)Any licensee who violates this Section shall be fined Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per violation.
(c)Any licensee who violates this Section shall be fined One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per violation.
