The Board shall cause complete records to be kept, of all its meetings, proceedings and business, including the number, class and kind of licenses issued, denied, suspended and revoked, moneys received and disbursed and the number, kind and disposition of seizures, which records shall be open to public examination. Within thirty

(30)days after the close of each fiscal year the Board shall render a report to I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi with a copy to the Director of Revenue and Taxation of all of its activities for the preceding year based upon such records.
