View official PDF ↗An on-sale licensee shall not place nor permit to be placed any sign upon or adjacent to the exterior of the premises which advertises any alcoholic beverage or which uses the words bar, saloon or cocktail, either alone or in conjunction with other words or which uses any symbol having a similar import unless such sign shall first have been approved by the Board.
