How Business is to be Conducted
View official PDF ↗A licensee, whether manufacturer, agent, wholesaler or retailer shall not encourage the consumption of alcoholic beverages but shall confine his business to the supplying of demand for alcoholic beverages, and in a dignified manner, in accordance with the intent of the provisions of this Chapter.
