In the event the Board denies a license on the basis of the Administrator’s protest, the Board shall immediately notify the applicant in writing. Within ten

(10)days after the giving of notice by the Board, the applicant may present a written petition for a license and the Board shall hold a hearing on the petition. CH. 3 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL
