Who May Protest

The Administrator, Chief of Police, Director of Public Health and Social Services, Attorney General, Planning Commission, Mayor of the municipality in which the premises for which a license is sought are located, and every person who has an interest that might be affected adversely by the granting of a license by reason of being an official of a church, hospital, school, contractor’s or similar camp, or military reservation, or by reason for having an interest in land located within five hundred

(500)feet of the premises for which a license is sought, may protest against the issuance of a license.
