Air Terminal or Commercial Port Licenses
View official PDF ↗(a)On-Sale License. A special license authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises may be issued to any person granted a concession for that purpose at the air terminal or Commercial Port.
(b)Sales to Departing Passengers. A special license authorizing sale of alcoholic beverages to a departing passenger may be issued to any person granted a concession for that purpose at the air terminal or Commercial Port. Any such sales by distributors to the special licensee for resale to departing passengers shall be exempt from tax to the extent and in the manner provided by § 26303(c).
(c)Licenses authorized by Subsections
(a)and
(b)shall not be transferable, and their continuance shall be conditioned upon compliance with all terms applicable to operation of the concession as established by terminal or port management, respectively. No concession shall be granted to any person not meeting requirements of law applicable to licensees generally, and its operation shall be subject to compliance with law and regulation by the Board in the same manner as other licensed premises.
