Same: Temporary Beer or General

A person holding a temporary beer or general license is authorized to sell beer or every kind of alcoholic beverage, dependent upon type of license held for consumption within an area defined in the license by the Board on premises temporarily occupied for the purpose of picnic, special gathering or similar occasions specified by the Board for a period not exceeding ten

(10)days. Non-profit organizations and clubs are considered eligible persons for holding a temporary beer or general license, when conducting carnivals, or special gatherings for fund raising purposes.
