Same: Fees: Reductions

If the applicant applies for a license after the beginning of a fiscal year but during the first

(1st)quarter of the year, he shall pay the full fee therefor. If he applies after the end of the first

(1st)quarter and during the second

(2nd)quarter he shall pay three-fourths (3/4) of the fee. If he applies after the end of the second

(2nd)quarter he shall pay one-half (1/2) of the fee regardless of when he applies.
