Reporting Requirements

DRT shall provide a report to I Liheslaturan Guåhan within ninety

(90)days after the program concludes, detailing:

(a)Total amount of principal taxes collected;

(b)Total penalties and interest waived;

(c)Number and category of participating taxpayers;

(d)Any recommendations for future amnesty or compliance programs.
