Establishment of Amnesty

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 11 — Finance and Taxation

The Department of Revenue and Taxation is authorized to establish and administer a tax amnesty program, commencing at the discretion of the Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation (DRT).
