Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 11 — Finance and Taxation

Notice, for the purpose of § 24609 shall be by personal service, or mail or by posting in one

(1)public place in Hagåtña and at least two

(2)public places in the municipality where the person who has attempted payment is believed to reside.
