Witnesses: Attendance Compelled

CH. 24 REAL PROPERTY TAX Upon the hearing of any application, the Board shall have the power to compel the attendance of witnesses and to examine them under oath, and to compel the production of relevant and material papers. Subpoenas shall be signed by the chairman or the secretary of the Board, and every member of the Board is empowered to administer oaths and affirmations in any matter before the Board.
