Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 11 — Finance and Taxation

The Board shall meet at such times and places as it may by rule or resolution prescribe, or upon call of the Chairman, or upon the call of the Governor. The Board must hold not less than two

(2)meetings during the month of September and not less than two

(2)meetings during the month of October.
