Reciprocal Acceptance of Weight Certificates

Whenever in any other jurisdiction which licenses public weighmasters, there is statutory authority for the recognition an COL 06112010 CH. 2 WEIGHTS & MEASURES acceptance of the weight certificates issued by public weighmasters of this Territory, the Director of this Territory is authorized to recognize and accept the weight certificates of such other jurisdiction.
