License Fees

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 11 — Finance and Taxation

Before the issuance of any license as a public weighmaster, or any renewal thereof, the applicant shall pay to the Director a fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Licenses shall expire two

(2)years after issuance. Such fees shall be deposited in the General Fund.
