Qualifications for Weighmaster

A resident of the territory of Guam, not less than eighteen

(18)years of age, of good moral character, who has the ability to weigh accurately and to make correct weight certificates, and who has received from the Director a license as a public weighmaster, shall be styled and authorized to act as a public weighmaster.
