Definitions

As used in this Chapter:

(1)Public Weighmaster means a natural person licensed under the provisions of this Chapter; COL 06112010 CH. 2 WEIGHTS & MEASURES

(2)Vehicle means any device in, upon or by which any property, produce, commodity or article is or may be transported or drawn; and

(3)Director means the Director of the Department of Revenue and Taxation or his delegate.
