Subscription, Acknowledgment and Filing of Articles of

Incorporation; Filing of Copies. The articles of incorporation must:

(a)be subscribed to by at least three

(3)of the stockholders of the proposed corporate Trust Company;

(b)be acknowledged by them before some person competent to take an acknowledgment of deeds; and

(c)be filed in the office of the Commissioner.
