Unlawful to Use or Advertise Word >Trust= as Part of

Name; Exceptions.

(a)Except as otherwise provided in Subsection 2, no person, partnership, firm, association, corporation or other business organization formed and doing business under the laws of Guam may:

(1)use the words >Trust Company= or any direct derivative of these words as a part of its name. COL4122017 CH. 160 GUAM-BASED TRUST COMPANIES ACT

(2)advertise or use any sign with the words >Trust Company= used as a part of its name.

(b)The provisions of Subsection

(a)do not apply to a person or business organization which is supervised by the Commissioner pursuant to this Chapter.
