Penalties for Miscellaneous Violations
View official PDF ↗Except as otherwise provided in this Act, every director, officer, agent, salesman or employee of any association and every other person who wilfully violates or wilfully fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Act is guilty of a misdemeanor.
