Investigative Powers: Books and Records
View official PDF ↗The Commissioner may at any time and from time to time examine the business of any licensee or its agents in order to ascertain whether such business is being conducted in a lawful manner and whether all moneys received for transmission are properly accounted for. Each licensee and its agents shall keep books, records, and accounts in such form and manner as the Commissioner may prescribe.
