Health maintenance organizations shall employ those health professionals who are qualified and licensed under the law to perform specific acts of medical care for which they are qualified and licensed. Health maintenance organizations shall require continuing education for all professional personnel engaged in the delivery of health care service. Such continuing education shall be that which is recommended by the particular professional organization of which the professional is a member.
