Uniform Law; Construction of Act

To the extent that a provision of this Act conforms to the Uniform Rights of the Terminally Ill Act, that provision shall be applied and construed to effectuate its general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of this Act among states enacting it. ---------- COL092507 COL092507
