Unauthorized Removal of Citation Prohibited
View official PDF ↗Anyone, other than the Administrator or his designee, who removes a citation issued by the Division shall be guilty of a felony, and, in addition, shall be held personally liable for actual and punitive damages of any employee who suffers injury as a result of removal of said citation. Civil actions may be brought against such person without reference to the Government Claims Act.
