View official PDF ↗A 30-Day Citation may be withdrawn only on the written approval of the Administrator or by written order of the Safety Review Board. If violation(s) cited in a 30-Day Citation are corrected any time within the thirty
(30)days specified, the Division shall be informed and an inspection shall be made by same. If the violation has in fact been corrected, the Administrator shall cause the citation to be withdrawn and notice of same shall be provided to the Chief Officer of the agency and the Safety Officer. It shall likewise be posted at each affected work site at a place where it can be easily read by employees.
