Safety Standards to be Recommended to the Legislature

Within ninety

(90)days from the effective date of this Chapter, the Division shall recommend to the Legislature enactment of specific safety and health standards for the Government of Guam. Such standards to be considered by the Division shall include, but not be limited to, standards deriving from U.S. Public Law 91-596. Thereafter, from time to time, the Division will continue to review standards and make recommendations to the Legislature for revision or expansion.
