Definitions

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

As used in this Chapter:

(a)Board means the Board of Trustees of the Guam Memorial Health Plan;

(b)Corporation means the Guam Memorial Health Plan; and

(c)Director means the Director of the Guam Memorial Health Plan.
