COL 6/21/2023 CH. 84 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment of not more than sixty

(60)days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of continued violation of the provisions of this Chapter shall be considered a separate offense.
