Initial Responsibilities of Court After Certificate is Filed

After the filing of the certificate, the court shall:

(a)schedule a hearing on the certificate that will occur no more than seventy-two

(72)hours, not including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, after the initial examination; and

(b)designate counsel for the respondent no less than twenty-four

(24)hours prior to the hearing.
