Early Discharge Hearing

A hearing before the court to determine the appropriateness of the discharge of a patient prior to the expiration of his or her assisted treatment period may be demanded as a matter of right by

(a)the petitioner;

(b)the patient’s legal guardian or conservator, if known;

(c)an adult member of the patient’s household, if known; and
