Discharge Prior to the Expiration of Assisted Treatment

Period.

(a)A patient in assisted outpatient treatment may be discharged on the signature of both the treating medical professional and the medical director of the facility.

(b)A patient under an assisted treatment order who is on outpatient status may be discharged on the signature of the treating medical professional and the director of the outpatient program. 2015 SOURCE: Subsection designations added pursuant to authority granted by 1 GCA § 1606.
