Notice of Status Review Hearing

(a)Notice of the status review hearing shall be mailed at least seven

(7)calendar days in advance to the patient; the patient’s legal guardian or conservator, if known; the patient’s counsel, if known; an adult member of the patient’s household, if known; and anyone recognized as a party at the initial assisted treatment hearing or any subsequent renewal hearings.
