Ratification of Good-faith Acts of Conservator Beyond

Maximum Period; Decree. In the event the conservator continues in good faith to act within the powers granted him in the original decree of conservatorship beyond the one-year period, he may petition for and shall be granted a decree ratifying his acts as conservator beyond the one-year period.
