Notice by Nominee of Willingness to Accept Conservatorship
View official PDF ↗The person recommended to serve as conservator shall promptly notify the officer providing conservatorship investigation whether he will accept the position if appointed. If notified that the person or agency recommended will not accept the position if appointed, the officer providing conservatorship investigation shall promptly recommend another person to serve as conservator.
