Rights Not Specifically Denied to Be Retained
View official PDF ↗Every person involuntarily detained under the provisions of this Chapter for evaluation or treatment in any facility, including a conservatee placed in any facility, shall be entitled to all rights set forth in this Chapter and shall retain all rights unless specifically denied him under this Chapter.
