Civil Liability for Knowingly and Willfully Detaining a Patient

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

for More Than 28 Days. Any individual who is knowingly and willfully responsible for detaining a patient for more than 28 days in violation of the provisions of this Chapter shall be liable to that patient for civil damages.
