Cancer Data Collection

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

The Guam Memorial Hospital Authority

(GMHA)and the GMHA Medical Staff shall continue to collect information regarding cancer cases with relevant data for the Cancer Registry, as established by the Department of Public Health and Social Services (DPHSS). GMHA shall provide DPHSS cancer information semiannually.
